Position: Entry Level Event Specialist

Location: Toledo, OH

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $780 - $1,125 per week

Work Type: In-person (strictly on-site)

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring every detail is meticulously taken care of from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
• Support the team in vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Conduct research to identify potential venues and suppliers for upcoming events.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of event marketing materials and invitations
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
