As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in our service department, ensuring every customer’s experience is smooth, professional, and positive. You’ll handle a high volume of scheduling, requiring outstanding organization and time management.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of phone calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate between customers, service advisors, and technicians to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain detailed records of appointments and follow-ups.
- Support the service team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.
- Exceptional organization skills and a sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable with multi-tasking and handling a busy phone line.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous administrative or scheduling experience preferred, especially in automotive or service-related industries.
