The Franchise Sales Coach is a dynamic and experienced sales professional responsible for enhancing the sales capabilities of franchisees and employees across all BELFOR Franchise Group brands. This role focuses on sharpening sales skills through a hands-on, multi-faceted approach, including direct, on-site coaching, live training sessions, and virtual learning opportunities. The primary objective is to drive revenue growth at the franchisee level by improving sales techniques, strategies, confidence, and overall performance. The Sales Coach will develop and deliver a consistent sales training curriculum for the entire network.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Sales Training and Development:
  • Design, develop, and deliver a comprehensive sales training program applicable to the diverse services offered by the BELFOR Franchise Group brands.
    • This includes a basic sales skills and strategy curriculum to be used with new franchisees across all brands as a foundation of the new franchisee sales training.
    • Also includes the development of a train-the-trainer sales curriculum for every brands’ business coaches to improve the coaches’ sales coaching skills with franchisees.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions for franchisees and their staff via video call, covering topics such as lead generation, prospecting, presentation skills, objection handling, closing techniques, and relationship management.
  • Conduct regular sales training sessions for business coaches.
  • Facilitate live, in-person training workshops at the corporate home office, regional meetings, and the annual convention.
  • Develop and maintain a library of sales training resources, including scripts, presentations, job aids, and best-practice guides.
  • Continually refine and sharpen their own sales and presentation skills.
  • Market Domination Meetings:
    • Attend the majority of BELFOR/BFG Market Domination Meetings.
    • Deliver in-person sales training to BELFOR personnel and BFG franchisees in attendance.
    • Following the Market Domination Meeting, accompany select franchisees and their sales teams on sales calls to observe their techniques, provide immediate feedback, and model effective sales behaviors in real-time.
    • Internal and Network Collaboration:
      • Provide sales skills training and coaching to home office employees who support franchisees.
      • Collaborate with Brand Presidents and Business Coaches to identify franchisees who would benefit most from sales coaching.
      • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales coaching and training initiatives.
      • Foster a network-wide culture of sales excellence by sharing success stories and facilitating peer-to-peer learning.
    Qualifications And Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales coaching, sales training, or a sales leadership role, with a demonstrated history of improving sales team performance.
    • Extensive hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in the service, restoration, or home services industries.
    • Exceptional ability to coach and mentor others, with strong observational and constructive feedback skills.
    • Dynamic and engaging facilitator, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences both in-person and via virtual platforms.
    • Must be highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a complex travel and training schedule.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with franchisees and corporate staff.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (estimated 50-60 %).
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
