Role Overview:

The International Operations Analyst plays a critical role in managing REEF’s global distributor business, supporting the end-to-end coordination of international orders, logistics, and supply chain processes. This position ensures accurate order execution, timely product delivery, and alignment with market-specific requirements. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and international partners, the Analyst will drive operational excellence and provide thoughtful, data-informed insights to support business growth across REEF’s international distributor markets. This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, attention to detail, cross-functional coordination, and customer service. This is a full-time, exempt position. Employees are required to work a hybrid schedule. (3) Days in office at our HQ in Carlsbad, and (2) Days Remote.

Role Responsibilities

Distributor Buy Cycle:

• Review distributor orders for accuracy in sizing, readiness, and ad hoc issues.
• Collaborate with product development and/or distributors to resolve issues prior to order entry.
• Create sales orders and provide summary reporting to planning, sales, and sales operations teams.
• Monitor and manage minimum order requirements; make necessary adjustments based on distributor feedback in coordination with the sales operations team.
• Create production orders and generate summary reports for key stakeholders.
• Coordinate market-specific labeling and packaging needs, clearly communicating requirements to REEF Asia planning and distributor teams.
• Monitor the automated weekly open order book process.
• Handle market-specific and ad hoc operational requests promptly and professionally.
  
  
  

Distributor Order Tracking & Logistics:

• Analyze order books to plan consolidated shipping schedules by origin, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Monitor and manage supply chain disruptions, clearly communicating delays or issues to stakeholders.
• Perform monthly price audits of order book
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper system entry of shipment details.
• Coordinate with REEF Asia logistics and sourcing teams on required product inspections and documentation for international importing.
• Prepare and issue detailed shipping instructions to REEF Asia logistics/factory teams.
• Collect logistics, documentation, and financial data requirements from distributor partners.
• Communicate regularly and cross-functionally with internal teams, factories, and distributor contacts.
  
  
  

Samples Management / SMU Coordination:

• Lead the seasonal sample buy process: distribute order templates, confirm shipping instructions, and track progress.
• Partner with Accounts Receivable to issue sample invoices based on SMS buy templates.
• Manage in-house samples and fulfill ad hoc requests as needed.
• Coordinating Distributor SMU requests between Distributor, Intl Sales and Product teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience in footwear or manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures.
• Experience working in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to clearly present data and insights.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong customer service with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Effective at managing multiple priorities; knowing when and how to delegate as needed.

Pay Transparency:

REEF Lifestyle LLC complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding pay transparency. For positions located in California, the hourly range or salary for this role is $75k - $95k. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications and experience.
