Paraprofessional

We are seeking multiple Full-Time Paraprofessionals for in-person school-based positions in Fairfield, CA.

Responsibilities

• Support students with special needs in classroom and small group settings
• Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students
• Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
• Document student progress and behavior as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
• Experience working with children or students with special needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
