About The Role

We're looking for our first People Operations hire to run and grow our hiring processes and build culture within the organization. You'll work across the People Ops stack on talent acquisition, our interview and assessment process, candidate experience, company culture, and more.

This role is perfect for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and drive critical initiatives from concept to execution.

What You'll Do

  • Work in person with our team in our Williamsburg office
  • Collaborate closely with managers and the broader team to build and grow our full-cycle recruiting process, from job posts and sourcing to assessment and offers
  • Organize team events and offsites to help our NYC and remote folks connect
  • Manage our NYC office and help keep it a great place to work
  • Foster a high accountability and growth oriented environment
  • Work on strategic People projects and initiatives to help the organization scale
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and policies

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a recruiting or People Ops role
  • Able to identify gaps, find solutions, and implement quickly
  • Low-ego, high ownership, and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Obsessed with details, culture, and candidate experience
  • A plus if you're into low-code/no-code automation, personal finance, or technology

Compensation

  • $90K – $110K
