Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Shuttle Driver/Houseman to join our team at Hampton Inn. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safe and timely transportation of guests. Additionally, this role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the hotel shuttle van to transport guests to and from designated locations.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintain a clean and organized shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Perform housekeeping duties, public areas, and assisting with laundry services.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in hospitality or transportation is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage and equipment as needed.
