Continuum of Colorado has an opening to be our Regional Manager of Quality Assurance and Program Support. As our Regional Manager of Quality Assurance and Program Support, you’ll work closely with our programs, providing support to leadership by developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures that produce measurable improvements that impact the organization. This includes having a strong understanding of programmatic specific regulations our organization is required to follow and providing assistance with training supervisors and managers according to those regulations.
The Regional Manager of Quality Assurance and Program Support will oversee the investigation process and will be required to become an investigator; they will supervise the Quality Assurance Manager and will help with program monitoring and developing a monitoring schedule in collaboration with the QA Manager. This role will also represent and advocate for Continuum of Colorado with Case Management Agencies (CMAs) and other Program Approved Service Agencies (PASAs) in order to ensure the organization is meeting all current and upcoming regulations.
This position does offer opportunities to work remotely; however, depending on the programmatic need, you will need to work in the office, at residential sites, and in the community, as well. Due to the nature of the role, the ideal applicant will live within the Denver/Aurora Metro area. Additionally, we’re committed to a great work-life balance here, so you’ll get to work full-time at 36 hours/week with a 4-day work week, Monday through Thursday with a sporadic need for coverage on Fridays

Requirements And Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university preferred, preferably in the Human Services
- Experience working with individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities or in a similar field is preferred
- Four (4) years management, including supervisory experience is required
- At least four (4) years in human services or a related field required; additional experience in marketing and/or communications preferred
- Working knowledge of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) rules and regulations preferred
- Work flexible hours, as needed
- Reside within the Denver/Aurora metro area
- Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Reliable means of transportation other than mass transit
- Meet our driving requirements - have a license for the last three (3) years with no suspensions/revocations and no more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years

- Develops and implements strategies, policies & procedures that produce measurable improvements in programs, including results related to emergent and ongoing project efforts that consistently demonstrate balance amongst efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of systems/services
- Design and execute complex analysis of programs for assigned strategic initiatives and projects
- Ensure consistent, high-quality communications between quality assurance, programs, individuals in service, families and the community
- Oversee investigations are conducted properly and in accordance with agency practices for Mistreatment, Abuse, Neglect and/or Exploitation (MANE) and other administrative issues
- Develop and implement a Safety Management Committee, to ensure a multi-departmental representation (responsible for documentation of ongoing safety concerns with identified follow-up and conclusions)
- Make clear, consistent, and transparent recommendations; distinguish relevant from irrelevant information; can see connections within complex issues
- Ensure thorough investigations occur as indicated by federal, state, and local regulations; assure security of investigative information/documentation and maintain confidentiality of information.
- Oversee agency Human Rights Committee process
- Support programs with implementation and ongoing training for the agency’s EMR system
- Participate in strategic planning
- Collaborate with other directors and managers to identify and address training and staff development needs across multiple organizational departments
