Cosmetic Physician Partners is a leading network of physician-led aesthetic clinics across North America. Our mission is to elevate the standard of care and accelerate growth by equipping our partner clinics with world-class operational support, technology, and best practices.

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Manager or Director of Implementation to join our Operations team. This role will act as a field operator responsible for deploying growth initiatives and operational best practices across CPP clinics. You will spend the majority of your time on-site with local teams, supporting clinic turnarounds, accelerating revenue growth, and ensuring sustained operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the frontline operator for CPP’s implementation efforts across partner clinics.
  • Travel 2–3 weeks per month to CPP clinics across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Partner closely with clinic leaders and staff to roll out targeted initiatives aimed at boosting profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Diagnose clinic performance using financial statements (P&L, KPI dashboards, etc.), identify key opportunity areas, and rapidly implement improvements.
  • Support clinics undergoing slow growth or performance plateaus with tailored turnaround playbooks.
  • Act as a connector between central CPP teams (Marketing, Finance, Clinical Ops) and clinic leadership to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Track and report progress of initiatives, including ROI assessments and impact reviews.
  • Support post-acquisition integration of new clinics as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in operations, implementation, or field-based roles; experience in multi-site healthcare, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Proven track record of improving unit-level financial performance and operational execution.
  • Strong financial acumen — able to read P&Ls, understand cost structures, and drive profitability.
  • Experience in change management, especially in environments where you’re working directly with frontline teams.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and being embedded with local teams.
  • Relentlessly action-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence without authority.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefit package including retirement plan, medical/dental/vision, vacation, and additional perks
