The Programming Operations Manager will support the day-to-day tracking and reporting of short and long-term initiatives spanning the Programming organization, partner closely with cross-functional partners, and prepare executive presentation materials. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong sense of collaboration and diplomacy. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Programming Operations.

- Project manage the Programming team’s initiatives including planning, milestone tracking and reporting, stakeholder coordination, and issue management. Track day-to-day changes and maintain a regular cadence for reporting and internal communications.
- Assist in developing presentations by collecting the necessary inputs from key stakeholders and creating the decks.
- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings including agenda setting, guest coordination, notes taking, follow-ups and next steps.
- Cultivate a strong network (formal and informal) of leaders both within the DTC Streaming segment and across TWDC.
- Provide support for ad hoc projects and requests.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience
- 4 years experience project management, content planning or content programming in a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Exceptional ability to prepare executive-level presentations
- Project and program management experience with strong organizational skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit
- Strong diplomatic mindset and proven ability to work well in a team environment and across a matrixed organization
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and high-pressure working environment.
- Experience using Airtable or a similar project management tool
- Passion for The Walt Disney Company segments, brands and franchises.
