- Serve as the primary point of contact for builder warranty-related service requests.
- Evaluate and verify if reported issues fall under the home builder’s warranty scope for HomePro-installed systems.
- Communicate with homeowners, builder warranty representatives, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary details and set service expectations.
- Coordinate with field service technicians and schedule service visits, aligning with both homeowner and builder schedules.
- Track open warranty claims and ensure timely resolution in accordance with builder SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Document all communications, actions, and resolutions within internal systems (e.g., CRM, ticketing platform).
- Work closely with Builder Account Managers and Division Presidents to escalate complex issues or ensure builder satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of builder warranty coverage guidelines, HomePro product lines, and service protocols.
- Participate in regular warranty team meetings and provide input to improve process efficiency and customer experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years experience in warranty coordination, customer service, builder support, or related field (home construction, electrical, AV, or low voltage systems preferred).
- Working knowledge of new home construction processes and builder warranty standards is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage a high volume of service requests and deadlines.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with homeowners and builder representatives alike.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM/ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and interpret work scopes and understand technical terms related to residential electrical and automation systems.
- Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- Strong ability to listen, empathize, and resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with home automation, home technology, or residential electrical services is a plus.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Full-time position – Monday to Friday schedule
