Overview
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing Scheels.com order fulfillment on a day-to-day basis through various fulfillment channels. This position will work closely with the in-store & warehouse fulfillment teams, Customer Experience team, as well as the rest of the E-commerce office. This position will occasionally communicate with our carrier partners to navigate through a variety of challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Overview
The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing Scheels.com order fulfillment on a day-to-day basis through various fulfillment channels. This position will work closely with the in-store & warehouse fulfillment teams, Customer Experience team, as well as the rest of the E-commerce office. This position will occasionally communicate with our carrier partners to navigate through a variety of challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Working with the in-store teams on a daily basis to improve the overall fulfillment process through efficiencies, cost savings, and improved customer experience
- Be an expert in our Order Management System to facilitate the fulfillment process and assist other teams throughout the company
- Effectively communicate with the store and warehouse teams on a day-to-day basis via our Order Management System messaging, emails, or phone calls
- Process through various aspects of post-purchase order management
- Build and maintain good relationships with shipping carriers and other external partners
- Detailed understanding of the scheels.com fulfillment processes and ability to assist with all other aspects of the fulfillment team
- Ability to analyze data, work through complex issues, and problem solve with multiple teams
- Ability to identify, propose, execute, and measure areas of opportunity throughout every step of the fulfillment process
- Occasional data entry
- Basic computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associate’s degree in a business-related field and/or business-related experience
- Retail and/or analytic experience preferred
