Now Hiring: Enterprise Project Manager
As an Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll work under the leadership of the SVP, Chief Information Officer, to be primarily responsible for the oversight and management of the organization’s enterprise project management function in support of achieving strategic goals and objectives in an efficient, coordinated, and timely manner. This individual will create and maintain a culture and framework for overall project management best practices, and provide guidance and support to help project leaders to be successful.

Qualifications
- 5 Years experience in Enterprise IT Programs, Process Improvement, or Software Engineering Project Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading projects with cross-functional, hybrid teams consisting of in-house and external staff and vendors.
- Strong skillset in negotiation, ability to influence, and communication
- Proficient with PPM tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday, Smartsheet, Jira, or Workfront.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for financial reporting and dashboarding.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or a related field.
- Project Management Certification, preferably PMP or equivalent certification (PRINCE2) and experience with financial systems (Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry) strongly desired
- Agile Project Management certification, preferably Scrum Master or equivalent certification
