Position Mission
Drive the strategy behind where we go next. You'll map new markets, shape rollout plans, and help turn breakthrough hardware into a global solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize market opportunities across commercial, humanitarian, and defense channels
- Develop go-to-market strategies and rollout plans for new regions and customer segments
- Analyze the performance and financial impact of growth experiments to inform prioritization
- Build and execute end-to-end launch strategies, from positioning and messaging to demand generation
- Own the customer journey from awareness to activation—identifying drop-off points and leading improvements
- Synthesize insights from user feedback, analytics, and industry trends to shape growth tactics
- Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Ops to align product and market strategies
- Monitor competitor activity and broader industry shifts to refine market entry approaches
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel
- 3+ years in growth-focused roles, ideally at an early or growth-stage startup
- Proven experience crafting and executing go-to-market strategies
- Familiarity with financial modeling, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills
- Background in water tech, hardware, climate, or infrastructure-related fields is helpful but not required
- Work on high-impact problems with global relevance
- Help scale breakthrough technology in water security and climate resilience
