Summary
Supervise all activities related to general services, cafeteria, transportation, travel arrangements and lodging services for foreigners.
Must be able to do the payments required on time.
Need to fit customer satisfaction.
Need to be willing to response during the weekend or holidays for specific urgent cases.
Need to focus on 6’S.

Supervise all activities related to general services, cafeteria, transportation, travel arrangements and lodging services for foreigners.
- Oversees the General Services team, ensuring efficient operation across all service areas including facilities, logistics, and support functions.
- Leads travel arrangements, dormitory administration, cafeteria services, and employee transportation to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintains proactive communication with department heads to align service delivery with organizational needs and resolve issues promptly
- Supervise and lead the General Services team, ensuring clear role assignments, performance monitoring, and team development. 40%
- Coordinate with executives and department heads to support cross-functional projects and ensure service alignment with company needs. 15%
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, including negotiation of contracts, service level agreements, and cost-effective terms. 25%
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies and procedures for general services operations. 10%
- Coordinate and respond to internal and external audits related to general services. 10%
- Bachelor’s degree on Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, tourism, related.
- Minimum five years of related experience preferred.
- Experience in any HR area. (Preferably in Services to employee)
- Customer Service
- English and Mandarin bilingual preferred.
