CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Earthadelic is looking for experienced leaders to manage our residential construction projects. In this role, you will lead our residential construction crews on multiple projects across East Tennessee. This management position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of residential construction and remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate residential construction projects, ensuring high-quality installation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process.
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout each project.
• Oversee and train construction crews in various installation techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain an organized job site.
• Report any equipment or project issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience is required.
• 3+ years hardscape oversight experience.
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Ability to perform quality control checks on work performed by subcontractors and laborers.
• Experience in supervising teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work atmosphere.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
