Part-Time Entry Level Automotive Parts Counter, Warehouse and Delivery

Reliable Chevrolet is looking for someone to fill an entry level parts department position. This position will work at the parts counter and deliver parts. We need someone who believes that customer service is a top priority.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate parts sales
• Answer over-the-phone customer calls to assist with part identification inquiries while providing exceptional customer experience
• A strong passion for helping customers and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize equipment manuals, part diagrams, parts lists and manufacturer contacts to identify part number information
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and team
• Receives and documents parts entering/exiting warehouse
• Stocking shelves
• Pulling / packing orders in a timely manner
• Safely driving / delivering parts
• Must be able lift / carry heavy and / or awkward objects
• Comply with safety and housekeeping policies and procedures

Requirements include:

• High school diploma / GED
• 1 year minimum of general automotive parts job experience
• Analytical individual with the ability to draw logical conclusions and problem solve
• Dedication for providing exceptional customer service
• General automotive knowledge
• Ability to work both independently and as team player
• Basic phone and computer knowledge
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
• Valid / current class E driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen
