Compensation: Budgeted between $30.72 and $35 dependent upon years of applicable experience
Responsibilities:
- Attend sales calls to present payer contracting and enrollment services, assisting the sales team in addressing client needs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in payer contracting, providing insights and strategic guidance to clients.
- Negotiate and execute insurance payer contracts, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with client business goals.
- Research insurance payer requirements and regulations to provide accurate guidance to clients.
- Analyze payer market data to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Advise clients on business strategies to secure appropriate payer contracts and optimize financial performance.
- Conduct webinars and write articles to share industry knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and deliver high-quality services.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Little to no travel.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven years of proven experience in payer contracting, enrollment services, or healthcare consulting.
- Strong understanding of insurance payer requirements, market trends, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting market data to inform strategic recommendations.
