Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance products clearly and persuasively to customers
- Structure deals to secure approvals through our network of lenders
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with sales managers to maximize profit and customer satisfaction
- Accurately complete all documentation required for financing and product sales
- Maintain product knowledge of all offerings including warranties, gap coverage, and prepaid maintenance
- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed
- Proven experience in automotive F&I and sales
- Strong closing skills with exceptional customer service
- Ability to maintain compliance and ethical standards
- Familiarity with DMS and CRM systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, Ignite, RouteOne)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- High school diploma (required); college degree (preferred)
