About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting & Onboarding Manager to lead our recruitment and onboarding operations. This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, overseeing two outsourced remote recruiters, and ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience. You will be the central point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment throughout the recruiting process.

This role is responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle, overseeing two outsourced remote recruiters, and ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience. You will be the central point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment throughout the recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit for open positions across departments, with a strong focus on field roles at all levels
- Manage the full recruiting process: job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers
- Communicate recruiting progress, results, and candidate status clearly and consistently with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Train the recruiting team and hiring managers on recruiting and onboarding procedures
- Verify employment eligibility and conduct background and reference checks
- Ensure onboarding compliance and documentation accuracy
- Coordinate new hire paperwork and first-day orientation
- Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Deep familiarity with the Southern California region and its cities
- Proven success in recruiting for field positions across various levels
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience managing outsourced recruiting partners is a plus
- Familiarity with employment eligibility verification and compliance standards
