Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, interior designers, custom home builders, and homeowners.
- Represent McKee Woodcraft at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
- Work with estimators to prepare customized client proposals that reflect our craftsmanship and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, interactions, and sales activities.
- Track sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Ongoing reporting to owner and director of operations regarding scheduled activity.
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or client relations (construction, design, or carpentry industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; some travel required.
- Existing network within construction/design sectors.
- Knowledge of trim carpentry, doors, frames, hardware, and cabinetry.
- Familiarity with residential and multi-family sales cycles.
- Base salary + commission + performance bonus
