Louis Vuitton Client Service Center (CSC) in Irving, TX is seeking a full-time Fraud Analyst! This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy problem-solving, exceeding client expectations, and would be an ambassador of the Brand.
Profile
The primary responsibility of this role is the analysis of transactions and client behaviors for potentially fraudulent behavior. This function plays a significant role in the execution of web and client service phone orders via the Fraud Digital Management program.
The role would provide expertise and comprehensive advice on identifying risk or fraud trends. You will serve as a point of contact for critical issues and support the team with questions at the moment with an accurate sense of urgency. The Fraud Analyst should proactively partner with the Fraud Team Lead and Manager, providing feedback and concerns; solving and communicating possible solutions. Additional analyses would include:
The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of prior experience in fraud analysis. To succeed, previous experience in a client-centric call center environment is helpful. Additionally, you should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically knowledgeable in using Excel and Power BI as well as using fraud screening & payment processing solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and heightened listening and problem-solving skills are needed in this role. One should be motivated to continuously improve performance, can work well in a fast-paced, team setting, and possess excellent soft skills.
This position is required to work onsite at our Irving location and is not remote.
