In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, championing efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You’ll lead a diverse team across production, supply chain, engineering, quality assurance, and finance to deliver top-tier results that fuel sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across the Las Vegas facility to meet production targets, quality standards, and business goals
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term growth
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, and QA to optimize workflows and integrate lean principles
• Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to ensure operational excellence
• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-informed decision making
• Mentor and develop a strong leadership bench within the operations team
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategy with corporate vision
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record managing large-scale manufacturing facilities within the durable goods industry
• Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies and automation
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
