About The Role

Burwell Material Handling is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for our location in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. This position plays an important role in supporting daily marketing initiatives, including co-op program management, event coordination, and the execution of promotional strategies to strengthen brand visibility. A key focus of the role is managing and expanding the company’s presence across social media platforms to drive engagement and audience growth. What You'll Do

  • Gather and analyze data to create reports that support workflow optimization, project planning, and demand forecasting.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Track and report on social media and campaign performance using analytics tools to inform strategy.
  • Manage co-op processing and identify opportunities to maximize vendor support.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in marketing events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the graphic designer and team members to produce engaging visual and written content.
  • Coordinate promotional items and branded apparel for internal and external use.
  • Assist with media buying and advertising placements across traditional and digital channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with store locations, sales, and aftermarket teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Support special projects and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a proactive and flexible team player within a dynamic marketing department.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

  • College or technical school degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, process-driven, and team-oriented.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
