Accountant or Senior Accountant

Clark Regional Wastewater District seeks a full-time experienced Accountant or Senior Accountant to join the Finance Team. Exciting opportunity for an aspiring and experienced customer service professional at a local, growing utility that strategically invests in its employees.

The ideal candidate possesses the following competencies, along with a desire to work in and serve their community:

• Business degree from accredited college or university in Accounting; CPA a plus.
• 4 years' experience in full cycle accounting using enterprise accounting software.
• Understanding of G/L, A/P, A/R and Payroll principles.
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience preferred.
• Governmental fund accounting experience desirable.

Salary Range

• Accountant - $6,425 to $8,400
• Senior Accountant - $7,495 to $9,798 per month
  
  

Starting Salary Range (DOQ)

• Accountant - $6,425 to $7,347
• Senior Accountant - $7,495 to $8,569 per month
