Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Launch
    • Create detailed project timelines, budgets, and scopes.
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and permitting agencies.
  • Financial Oversight
    • Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle change orders.
    • Approve invoices and ensure fiscal accountability.
  • Team Leadership
    • Direct subcontractors, labor teams, and on-site personnel.
    • Foster a safe and collaborative project culture.
  • On-Site Execution
    • Oversee day-to-day construction progress and logistics.
    • Conduct job site inspections and enforce code compliance.
  • Risk & Quality Management
    • Resolve conflicts and manage delays or unforeseen challenges.
    • Ensure all work meets company and industry quality standards.
  • Client & Vendor Communication
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
    • Provide regular progress updates and maintain project documentation.
  • Project Closeout
    • Conduct final walkthroughs, manage punch lists, and close out projects.
    • Deliver all closeout documentation and obtain final client approval.
Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety standards.
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficient with construction management tools and software.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to project sites.
  • Preferred Certifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • OSHA 30

Schedule

  • Full-time - Monday to Friday
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required depending on project timelines.

Location

  • Hybrid position with site visits primarily throughout the Treasure Coast region of Florida. Travel to active job sites required.
