We’re looking for a recruiter who genuinely loves helping people — someone who leads with curiosity, listens well, and thrives on delivering excellent service to both candidates and hiring managers. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to leaders across our fast-paced manufacturing facilities, supporting hiring efforts for a wide range of positions — from hourly frontline talent to salaried professional roles.

What You'll Do


  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers across manufacturing sites to understand talent needs.
  • Source and engage candidates for hourly production, skilled trades, and salaried roles.
  • Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience from start to finish.
  • Screen and assess applicants based on both qualifications and team fit.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews and feedback debrief meetings with speed and efficiency.
  • Keep hiring managers informed, engaged, and supported throughout the recruiting process.
  • Use creative sourcing methods to attract talent in competitive markets.
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and help drive process improvements.


What You Bring


  • A strong customer service orientation — whether it’s from recruiting, retail, hospitality, or any other people-first field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift.
  • A sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability — you don’t wait to be told what needs to be done.
  • Curiosity and coachability — you’re open to learning and love getting better at what you do.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use recruiting tools and systems effectively.


Nice to Have (But Not Required)


  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial recruiting.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus.
  • Degree preferred, but not required


The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $67,800.00 - $79,800.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.In addition to the determined base salary, this role is also incentive eligible under our corporate bonus programs.For remote roles where the final candidate resides in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington, state required pay thresholds will be factored into base salary.
