Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst FLSA: Exempt Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager Job Summary: The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for managing Tableau reporting, develop insightful dashboards, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. This role partners cross-functionally with teams across the organization to understand reporting needs, translate business requirements into visual analytics, and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Tableau dashboards and reports that communicate key performance metrics and business insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business objectives, and translate them into effective visual solutions
• Optimize dashboard performance, data extracts, and data visualizations to ensure scalable and responsive analytics solutions
• Maintain and manage Tableau Cloud environments, including user permissions, performance monitoring, and version control
• Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Tableau best practices in design, usability, and governance
• Mentor junior team members and conduct peer reviews to maintain a high standard of work
• Partner with data engineers and analysts to ensure accurate and efficient data from source systems, data pipelines, and analytics database
• Document dashboard designs, data models, and workflows for maintainability and future development Required
  
  

Skills/Abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud administration
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses
• Ability to design intuitive and visually appealing dashboards based on stakeholder requirements
• Deep understanding of data visualization principles, user centered design, and storytelling with data
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data topics to non-technical audiences
  
  

Education And Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and visual analytics in a professional setting Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at desk while using a computer.
