Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager in Independence, MO for an ongoing staff role.
- Lead and oversee a hospice program, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
- Manage patient visit scheduling, prioritize cases, and respond to referrals with compassion.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, review patient charts, and coordinate care plans.
- Require at least three years of direct patient care and two years in hospice or home care, with current RN licensure.
- Knowledge of hospice principles, industry standards, and cultural sensitivity necessary.
