At the core of that strategy is a new organization centered on delivering helpful, connected AI-enabled experiences that solve Googler's needs - our POps Products organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$297,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working in HR Strategy, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or Management Consulting, with a focus on large-scale organizational impact.
- Experience in translating data and research into actionable talent or organizational strategies.
- Experience with data analysis and applying technology (e.g., AI, ML) to solve talent issues.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Master's degree or PhD in a related field (e.g., Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, Human Resources Management).
- Experience in a "futurist" or foresight role within a large, complex organization, specifically related to talent or organizational design.
- Experience in one or more of these: key talent and career trends (internal and external), skills-based organizations, hyper-personalized learning, impact of AI on the future of work.
- Ability to design and pilot innovative talent solutions from concept to scaled implementation, demonstrating measurable impact.
- Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and translate ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in identifying, synthesizing, and operationalizing talent trends and future-of-work disruptors that will drive value for Google’s business.
- Serve as the POC for data, insights, and metrics. Proactively identify and deliver critical insights to enable innovative and relevant talent solutions.
- Shape the future of how we acquire, develop, deploy, and retain the right people with the right skills to achieve Google’s long-term business goals.
- Explore and pilot how we can harness AI, machine learning, and advanced data analytics to enhance the effectiveness of our talent solutions.
- Define and lead engagements with partner teams and external stakeholders to shape how we align future skills and capability requirements with development and mobility strategies.
