Pay & Schedule

• $25.00 – $32.00 per hour + Bonuses
• Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Climate-Controlled Service Bays – stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and daily inspections
• Diagnose and repair major systems on compact equipment, especially Bobcat machines
• Rebuild and overhaul systems when needed
• Use your welding skills for tough fixes
• Collaborate across departments: Parts, Sales, Service, Rental
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager
  
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience with compact/heavy equipment (skid steers, excavators, etc.)
• Strong skills in diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and diagnostic systems
• A self-starter mindset – organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills
• A passion for doing the job right – the first time
  
  

Work Environment

• A mix of indoor and outdoor work
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and occasional extreme conditions
• Frequent movement: standing, climbing, kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs
• Physical stamina and strength are a must
  
  

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Clear communication skills with both team members and customers
