Summary/objective:
A Partnership Manager for CTV platforms under the direction of the Director of Growth, Streaming plays a key role in maintaining high standards of Angel’s creative assets. This is accomplished by collaborating closely with other creatives and ensuring a consistent brand identity across all Angel projects. The Partnership Manager will be assigned to various projects, and the work will be very fluid as Angel continues to grow.

The Partnership Manager will be assigned to various projects, and the work will be very fluid as Angel continues to grow.

- When faced with roadblocks, mistakes or unforeseen circumstances, consistently and proactively find creative solutions and/or break down barriers to handle the challenge or complication. (Focus is on creating/building/testing/learning/resolution rather than getting stuck and identifying or placing blame)
- Lead all creative operational aspects of assigned campaigns—from strategy alignment to final asset delivery
- Collaborate with outcome owners and stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Legal, Platform) to define asset needs and creative direction
- Maintain campaign schedules, timelines, and resource plans
- Manage creative workflows including versioning, approvals, delivery deadlines, and tracking
- Provide creative input and feedback to ensure assets align with campaign goals and brand standards
- Act as a liaison between internal creatives and external vendors or agencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally across all marketing teams.
- Serve as a creative outcome owner—ensuring projects move forward with clarity, direction, and accountability
- Regularly report progress, flag risks/delays, and adapt plans as needed to ensure successful creative asset delivery
- Become deeply immersed in Angel’s content release schedule and join external-facing meetings to pitch content promotion opportunities to partners.
- Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings. Provide insight into proposed creative development/testing strategies
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Required Competencies
- An exceptional listener with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, along with multiple designer platforms utilized within the company
- Detail-oriented perspective and able to pick up on overlooked details
- Organization and time management.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of information
- Must be able to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
- Resourceful and able to problem-solve and manage tasks with ambiguity.
- Willing to perform an array of tasks both in and out of the office
- Can take feedback to tasks and assignments positively and create better solutions
- A quick study, able to pick up new skills and learn how to use new programs
- Must participate in setting and achieving regularly scheduled and outlined objectives.
- Ability to take individual ownership, execute with high energy, share context, insist on candor with positive intent

- Marketing experience in the CTV space (Roku, Vizio, Samsung, LG, FireTV, Google TV etc.)
- Basic graphic design or editing skills
- Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy
- Physical demands - Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time.
- Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week
- Travel required - up to 10%
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
