Job Summary
This position can be flexible as either part-time or full-time. Appointment Coordinator’s act as the liaison between the Service Department and its’ customers. The position is mainly focused on scheduling service appointments while also supporting other department activities such as data entry, filing, handling of loaner cars, etc.

Job Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Schedules vehicle service appointments for customers;
- Answers incoming calls and internet leads;
- Advises appropriate services needed for clients car;
- Maintains detailed notes on customer interactions;
- Provides and ensures exceptional customer service;
- Accurately and effectively processes payments for products and services sold by the dealership;
- Promptly, accurately, and courteously answers and directs incoming dealership telephone calls, messages and customer requests to the proper area or person;
- Performs filing and other clerical functions as designated by the Service Manager;
- Accurately balances daily cash and paper transactions;
- Assists Service Advisors as needed with tasks;
- Performs other related duties consistent with the role; this does not preclude management from assigning additional, though unrelated, duties.
