Responsibilities include following individualized treatment plans, observing and collecting data, helping children develop life skills, and working on behavior and communication goals to make a positive impact. Skills needed are energetic, playful, creative, tech-savvy, and able to work independently. Active RBT certification is required. Hours are afternoons, with some weekend options.
