Position Purpose and Objective

The Real Estate Relationships Executive focuses on building and maintaining strong connections with key stakeholders in the real estate industry, such as agents, brokers, developers, private investors, and commercial clients. This role fosters partnerships, understands customer needs, and provides tailored services to enhance overall business performance.

Major Duties And Essential Functions

  • Actively seek and foster relationships with real estate professionals, commercial investors, private investors, and members.
  • Work towards offering CUSOs (TML and Lakewood Title) services to other credit unions.
  • Track market sentiment and communicate product and pricing changes to maintain competitiveness.
  • Understand clients' specific needs, goals, and challenges to provide relevant and practical solutions.
  • Offer personalized solutions and support to meet the individual needs of clients and partners.
  • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and other activities to expand the professional network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and partners, providing clear information
  • Tracking and analyzing key metrics related to client relationships and performance, providing insights for improvement.
  • Present strategies to retain existing clients and attract new ones through strong relationships and exceptional service.
  • Work with TML and Lakewood Title on marketing strategies using digital channels to attract and retain clients. Work on potential CPE and training opportunities for realtors and agents.
  • Propose changes in processes and practices to adapt to current market trends and assist in improving customer experience on an ongoing basis.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

NMLS license preferrable
