The Registered Nurse coordinates and implements patient care tailored to the specific age group served, ensuring quality, safe, and efficient delivery aligned with unit standards.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN license and BLS certification within 2 weeks of hire. Other certifications must be obtained within 6 months.
- Possesses current knowledge of care for the patient population and communicates effectively across developmental stages.
- Reports to a Patient Care Director or Manager.
- Works in a clean, well-ventilated environment, with exposure to infectious diseases and potential stressors.
- Requires physical endurance for standing, walking, patient transfers, and fine motor skills.
- Flexible schedule with variable hours and emergency responsiveness.
