Connect Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic office assistant to fill an open position at a outdoor living manufacturing company in Buena Park, CA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM- 4 PM. Must be flexible for overtime.

Requirements For The Office Assistant

  • Must have 6 months of recent administrative or office assistant experience
  • Must have experience with Google Sheets or Smart Sheets
  • Must pass E-Verify
  • Must speak English. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities Of The Office Assistant

  • Respond to data entry inquiries.
  • Enter data accurately following on-screen formats and codes.
  • Compare entered data with source documents and make corrections as needed.
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Composing and sending professional correspondence (letters, memos, emails
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Distributing mail
