Seeking a Registered Nurse RN PreOp Phase II for day shift with call responsibilities.
- Enjoy predictable scheduling posted four weeks in advance and a collaborative culture.
- Work with advanced equipment and participate in continuous improvement.
- Evaluate patients pre-surgery, provide education, and prepare patients with IV therapy, medications, and site verification.
- Participate in surgical safety protocols, recognize emergencies, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, document thoroughly, and educate patients and families.
- Qualifications include BLS within 30 days, RN license in Texas or Multi-State Compact, and at least 6 months of RN experience.
