Founding Engineer

We're looking for a Founding Engineer who loves writing high-quality, fast code and who cares deeply about users. You’ll work across backend and frontend to ship features quickly, fix critical bugs, and improve performance.\ \ You’ll own real product decisions, listen to users, and ship things that directly impact our growth and student experience.

What You'll Do

• Ship features that increase retention, MRR, and user engagement\
• Fix bugs, improve core product performance, and optimize systems\
• Build backend (FastAPI + Python) and frontend (Next.js, React Native)\
• Work on scalability, reliability, and speed across the stack\
• Talk to users, iterate fast, and build what they actually need\
• Take ownership -> from idea to deploy
