We are working with a very dynamic technology company that is on the lookout for a 'Vice President of Product IT Innovations' to team up with their Chief Innovation Officer and help push their tech roadmap forward.

This person will lead their Innovation Technology team, focusing on mobile and AI-driven solutions in a regulated space. They're also looking for someone with solid experience leading cross-functional teams and driving innovation, especially in payments and mobile tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic execution, translating vision into actionable plans and milestones.
• Drive product innovation, especially in AI and Go-based development.
• Ensure operational excellence and product compliance with regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, PSD2, KYC/AML).
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams in Product, Compliance, UX, and Engineering.
• Represent the Innovation roadmap to executive leadership.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles within consumer tech, fintech, or mobile apps.
• Expertise in mobile platform development (iOS, Android) and real-time data processing.
• Strong leadership skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and programming languages like Go.
