The MR Technologist I assists physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures by preparing patients and operating MRI equipment to obtain quality scans.
- Requires a 2-year or associate degree, with graduation from an ARRT-approved Radiography or MR program.
- Minimum one year of MR experience preferred.
- Certifications in ARRT in MR, along with state licensure and IV credentials, are required.
- Must possess thorough knowledge of MRI equipment, analytical skills, computer proficiency, and good communication abilities.
- Responsibilities include delivering exceptional patient care, fostering teamwork, promoting diversity and inclusion, and maintaining a safe environment based on "First Do No Harm" principles.
