- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product offerings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, sales, or a related field preferred
