We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Surgical Oncology to lead clinical and managerial operations during shifts.

- Serve as primary decision-maker, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Assess care quality, implement evidence-based practices, and promote patient safety and outcomes.
- Provide leadership through staff supervision, education, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition.
- Responsibilities may include quality, safety, regulatory readiness, patient experience, employee engagement, physician satisfaction, fiscal management, and staff development.
- Require 1+ year healthcare experience, RN license, BLS (ACLS preferred), associate degree (bachelor's preferred).
