Customer Service Rep / Call Center

Work Schedule

Overview

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for negotiating prices with customers, scheduling vehicle pick-ups, and maintaining accurate data records in CRM software. Closing will take place over the phone with a combination of inbound phone leads and company-generated outbound leads. Inside Sales positions are not required to make cold calls. Hourly base pay plus commission offered.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years inside sales / phone sales experience preferred
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task among multiple digital platforms
  • Must have reliable and dependable transportation
