Work Schedule
Overview
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for negotiating prices with customers, scheduling vehicle pick-ups, and maintaining accurate data records in CRM software. Closing will take place over the phone with a combination of inbound phone leads and company-generated outbound leads. Inside Sales positions are not required to make cold calls. Hourly base pay plus commission offered.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years inside sales / phone sales experience preferred
- Automotive knowledge is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task among multiple digital platforms
