Xpressdocs is seeking a PreMedia Specialist to assist our creative department by creating visual text and imagery concepts using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.

In This Position, You Will

• Receive training on the best practices within our proprietary system environment
• Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
• Ensure the successful completion of projects by maintaining the highest standards of quality
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and time/SLA restrictions
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
• Communicate with account managers about the scope, tasks, and execution of client projects
• Have a can-do attitude: willingness to tackle challenges, find solutions, and go the extra mile
• Prioritize the satisfaction of the client and cultivate a strong, trusting relationship with account managers and their support team
  
  

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You

• Have 3-5 years professional experience in Print Production/Prepress/Graphic Design
• Are proficient in commercial printing processes, enable effective collaboration and production workflows
• Have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and macOS, with a strong ability to leverage these tools for creative and administrative tasks
• Are experienced with variable data applications
• Have exceptional expertise in typography and layout, including advanced skills in kerning, tracking, leading, and other key design principles
• Possess strong sense of design aesthetics, with an eye for detail and a keen ability to create visually cohesive and engaging designs
• Are skilled in identifying and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and timely solutions
