Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and preparing meeting agendas.
- Provide general support to staff, including data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting professionally with staff and clients.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
