Healing Rock Recovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to serve as our on-site Executive Director. This is a unique leadership opportunity for a licensed clinician who is passionate about addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and building a strong, client-centered clinical team. As Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical programming and operations, including supervision of counseling staff, program development, quality assurance, and daily coordination with medical and recovery teams. You will also serve as the Executive Director, providing strong, compassionate leadership to ensure excellence in care and alignment with our mission and values.

About The Role

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Montana (or license eligible).
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in addiction treatment.
- Strong leadership, administrative, and team-building skills
- Deep commitment to culturally competent and evidence-based care.
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight of therapists and recovery support staff.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical best practices.
- Occasional assistance with group therapy, individual and family sessions as needed to support the team.
- Coordinate care across disciplines to support individualized treatment planning.
- Lead staff meetings, training, and professional development efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal operations and external stakeholders.
