Huntsman is seeking a Marketing Analyst supporting the Global Elastomers Division located in The Woodlands, TX. This position will report to the Regional Marketing Manager – Americas.
In Summary, As The Marketing Analyst, You Will
The Marketing Analyst – Elastomers Americas will play a key role in driving regional growth through operational marketing. This position is responsible for conducting market assessments for opportunities in chosen markets and executing targeted marketing campaigns, supporting product and innovation launches, managing sales enablement tools, and tracking / reporting on market intelligence. The role also involves implementing regional and segment-specific strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

The Marketing Analyst – Elastomers Americas will play a key role in driving regional growth through operational marketing. This position is responsible for conducting market assessments for opportunities in chosen markets and executing targeted marketing campaigns, supporting product and innovation launches, managing sales enablement tools, and tracking / reporting on market intelligence. The role also involves implementing regional and segment-specific strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain sales tools, including presentations, sales kits, case studies, and joint PR materials tailored to regional customer's needs
- Partner with the sales teams to create impactful customer-facing materials that support customer acquisition
- Implement regional and segment marketing initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and share market insights related to focus segments
- Prepare marketing reports to share with leadership and regional stakeholders
- Track / report on execution and impact of regional marketing campaigns and launches
- Execute regional marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation across strategic marketing segments
- Support product and innovation launches by coordinating regional activities and aligning with the Four P's (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) within assigned segments
- Support customer segmentation and account targeting models, including account-based marketing
- Conduct market assessments to evaluate and assess opportunities
- Coordinate regional trade shows, customer events, and internal launch meetings
- Serve as the main point of contact for event execution in Europe
- Manage inbound leads generated through marketing activities, ensuring timely follow-up, handoff to sales and tracking
- Support leads nurturing and customer engagement initiatives to drive conversion

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, etc.) or a technical field such as Chemistry, Polymers, or Materials Science.
- Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with key marketing tools and their practical application in daily tasks.
- Industry Experience: 1–4 years of experience in the chemical or polymer industry, preferably in B2B marketing or business development roles.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing, etc.) or a technical field such as Chemistry, Polymers, or Materials Science.
- Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with key marketing tools and their practical application in daily tasks.
- Industry Experience: 1–4 years of experience in the chemical or polymer industry, preferably in B2B marketing or business development roles.
