Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Establish optimal processes for high-cavitation molds and hot runner tooling using engineering-grade resins.
- Troubleshoot molding issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and product quality.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, production standards, and training materials.
- Lead process improvement projects across tooling, materials, and machine operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Tooling, Planning, and Production.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
- Lead start-up and initial processing for new molds and products.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in injection molding process engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
