As our presence continues to grow, we are looking for a highly capable Escrow Officer to join our expanding team. This role requires direct interaction with buyers, sellers, and financial institutions, while also ensuring all documents related to the transaction are accurate and compliant. From examining trust deeds and mortgages to verifying title records and preparing closing documentation, the Escrow Officer plays a critical role in the successful transfer of property.

This role requires direct interaction with buyers, sellers, and financial institutions, while also ensuring all documents related to the transaction are accurate and compliant. From examining trust deeds and mortgages to verifying title records and preparing closing documentation, the Escrow Officer plays a critical role in the successful transfer of property.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lending institutions
- Facilitate the secure transfer and holding of funds during escrow
- Verify land ownership, legal descriptions, and document accuracy
- Prepare and execute the final closing report and ensure timely completion of transactions
- Review and examine trust deeds, liens, and mortgage documents
- Summarize and review title searches and property history records
- Obtain surveyor drawings and assessor reports to support closing documentation
- Monitor and maintain ownership and title documentation throughout the transaction process
- High school diploma or GED required; Escrow certification strongly preferred
- Prior experience in escrow, title, or closing services
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability
- Thorough knowledge of legal procedures, title processes, and document compliance standards
